Good idea!  There used to be some devices that would let you do a
similar thing, one made in Holland that had a Braille display, a small
(really small) qwerty keyboard on one side, and a Braille keyboard on
the other side.
However, if one could connect two Braillenotes that would be in a real
sense communication.

To get back on topic, why couldn't PDI develop a Keyterm package or a
"chat"
mode package so that two BN's or a BN and VN could be connected so a
blind
person could type and a deaf--blind person could read what had been
typed?
Add a visual display or monitor and a sighted person could send and
receive
data with a deaf-blind person?
