A BN or VN can run for some time on 0 percent on the battery. You did a good thing by going into the calibrating mode where it talks till it goes dead. Once that happens, charge it! PDI usually says to charge the battery when the percentage is around ten percent! I would say you are on the right track! Hope everything goes well! I'm certain the gage can't always detect accurately how much battery is left even though it is down to zero! I wouldn't be worried about it!

Hi, I was using my voice note earlier today and it gave me the message "low
battery", so I through I would go into the batter lever and see how much I
had left. It said that I had 0%, I thought this was funny since I was still
able to use the machine and if it had 0% battery then I shouldn't be able to
do anything. So I decided to flatten the battery so I went into support
information mode and started the flatting processes and I thought it
wouldn't take long. But it has been going for over three hours now and it is
still giving the "low battery" message. Does anybody have any ideas what is
going on here? I checked the accuracy just a couple of days ago and it was
fine.

I am going to leave it running down now but I don't know how long it is
going to take because I expected it to run down a long time before now.

bye for now,
