Mary Ann,

What version of keysoft are you running?  Several of us have had the
problem.  If you are running version 5.1, you should have build 22. However,
it may return after 2 to 3 month.  (at least it did for me)  A dot 456 reset
solved the problem, but it's only been over a month so it might return.
When I changed from 5.1 build to 5.1 22, the problem went away, so I was
surprised when it reappeared again out of the blue.  Hope this helps.  To
check your version, press chord I at the main menu.
