Hi Rhonda: You will always receive the "review options" message when opening a file other than a kwt or kwb file. If the file format is "foreign" (meaning word, plain text, rich text, or plain Braille), your bn/vn will prompt you with this message.
I'm sorry if this is something you already know. I'm only writing because your message kind of implied to me that you might not be sure of when someone should be getting that message.
