Keith, I haven't tested this yet and don't have my unit at hand at present, but wouldn't it work to number your allday appointments and enter them in separate paragraphs, then when you want to delete one, in stead of using the delete line command, use the delete paragraph command? Alternatively, mark the particular section you wish to delete from within the block commands and then delete the block. Regards Riana
