Yes, I agree. There must be a catch there somehow. And, Humanware might also be losing a lot of money if Optelec is actually offering those very pricey services for free. If that is true and I were a Humanware employee, I would shut Optelec down, then demand enough money to cover my lost profit on all the BNs they had cleaned and serviced. If Optelec is offering services for free that Humanware charges for, they need to be punished, and severely for attempting to upset the economic balance of the whole system. Just think of how many executives who will not be able to make timely payments on their new cars because of this. Think of the number of employees who will not receive bonuses because of the lost profit. I say we should not wait! Cordon off and boycott them immediately!!

If in fact Optelec is offering such a service for products they do not
manufacture, I can't imagine that Humanware  would appreciate this.
I know that if I were working for Humanware, I'd definitely look into
this one.

braillenote family of products and you can get free cleaning and minor
repair of braille cells! who says? Optelec! they sent out a newsletter
saying this!
