I've seen the MPO and its neat, but its a little unrealistic to carry it around constantly just to use as a cell phone, especially with all the accessible phones out there. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Richard Ring" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, February 09, 2005 10:22 AM Subject: RE: [Braillenote] An idea for the next VoiceNote/BrailleNote
This has already been tried by Alva Access Group. They call it the MPO (Mobile Phone Organizer) Although it seems like a good idea, I believe it would add a significant amount to the current price of these products. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Nathan Tobin Sent: Wednesday, February 09, 2005 10:06 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [Braillenote] An idea for the next VoiceNote/BrailleNote Hello everyone. I had a great idea for a new version of the VoiceNote/BrailleNote line of products. I think PulseData should make a version of the VoiceNote/BrailleNote which doubles as a cell phone. They should allign themselves to a cell phone company like Verison or Sprint and have it have voice activated dialing and everything. Also, for the caller Id system, you should have the new version of the VoiceNote/BrailleNote speak the name and number of the person calling instead of having it printed on a screen. Of course, it would require them to add a microphone to the original design for the talking and voice activated dialing. Also, to cope with the cell phone type system that it would incorporate into it, they should make a program called KeyMessenger for sending and recieving text messages. Whoever thinks its a cool idea should reply as soon as they get this. --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
