Yes, Sherry, here's what I do. I read my emails and such, trash them, and emty the trash folder. Then I go back into email, space over to the set-up options, hit return on it, space over to free-up-dataspace and let the system do its thing. I do it after every email session. If I go online and use that trick just to send emails from my outbox, I free up the space again, just in case. That way I'm ready to go before downloading.
