Lisa what device are you using to log on to bookshare? Are you using the
Braille Note or a personal computer? I use my pc so that allows me to pay
online. I know that their web site to do this is quite secure so that may be
the issue as the Braille Note doesn't let you log into some sites so I'd be
willing to bet you have a security issue instead of simply not being able to
log on.

wants people to pay online then why can't people log on to pay? It makes
me wonder if Bookshare is worth the $75.
