Hi, Sherry. I also notice that you can wiggle the pins when the braille display is off. But I do exercise my display from time to time.

Have you tried a 4 5 6 or j k l reset?
You could even do a backup and also a 1 2 3 or s d f reset as well then
restore your flash disk.
