I did all that. I've reached the point where doing a reset is as normal and natural now as unloading and reloading jaws on the PC or doing a reboot. But alas, to no avail so far.

Do I have to send this in for repair? if so, I guess my BN days are history for a while, because i certainly can't afford it right now.
