Yes, do the following. Go into keyword and act as if you're going to print a file, go to the setup printer prompt, at the printer port? Prompt. press control space until you hear file. Then down arrow until you hear printer type? This should be set to standard. Then press escape and y to confirm changes and make sure your margins are set to 66 lines per page... One inch is 6 lines down and one inch is 10 characters across width wise. Print letters I imagine are taller than they are wide. Now print your file and you will hear printing complete or something like that in either case you'll be back at the keyword menu. Now go to file translate and export, choose to export from the keysoft system disk from the none folder and you're looking for a file called print to file.txt. Export this as a file and save it where you want to and in whatever filetype you want. You can do the same when you emboss a braille file. You can emboss to a braille file and do the print to file that way as well.

i have a document that i am typing in keyword
instead of seeing the centre command on the display can i actually see the line centred? so can i read and edit the document,and see my results, not just the commands for them?
after centring i asusme it goes back to left justified?
