Hi, Brenda. I don't think we have these options. I have never seen an
option to delete an email that was taking too long and skip to the next one.
The problem is that the bn will download fine until it approaches 400 messages.
Then, it might slow down to one message downloaded every 45 seconds.

Check the options before you make a decision during an email session.
I'm assuming, of course, that the units with the upgrades still have these
options but that people forget to use them if they can rush off to the
PC. (grin.).
