Hello Michele, As this is a Windows CE function as stated in my previous email on this thread to the list, the creation of this folder is under Microsoft's control. Obviously I can't tell you what Microsoft plans to do in the future.
What I may be able to do for you at some stage is investigate as to what happens under the Windows CE 4.2 platform regarding this folder.
