Can it be traced to the fact that certain components of the Windows CE shell
are on the BrailleNote to some degree?  We don't have Explorer or similar,
but I'm for some reason thinking there are a few shell DLL's kicking around
in ROM somewhere ... Shlwapi.dll perhaps?
