Hi Dean,

I think you can fairly safely say that you have a problem at your end,
unless we're all missing something clever! Both Rhonda and Maria have
suggested those approaches which I had tried with no luck at all! I do at
least get a warm feeling that I'm not going completely batty when others are
hitting the same problem!

Cheers anyway - would appreciate it if you could look into this one for us!
