Rose, You need to go to a web page first in internet explorer and then hit the control + o and a dialog box pops up and ask you to enter the address of the web site you wish to go to. Here you only need to type your numbered address. Example since I do not know what number you use, 192.168.x.x and then just hit enter and you should go to the page.
