My suggestion is don't tip the machine next time you de-scale. Apparently you got some salt above the water line and it is slowly settling into your brew boiler. To get the scale at the water line I simply reduce the water in the brew boiler weekly during my Cafiza flush. I start by shutting my heated machine off. Then I draw a cup of hot water into a SS bowl with Cafiza in it. I place my PF in the bowl to soak. I then turn back on the machine. Water is pumped into the boiler rinsing the line at which the level of the water interfaces with the boiler. If this procedure is followed weekly there should be no reason to tip the machine. Keep flushing you will get there eventually.
