I descaled, and it took a LOT of flushing to finally remove the flavor, and 
i run rotary pump.
Afterwards I removed the brew boiler and there was deposits and crud at the 
very bottom.
I flushed it good off the machine. The drain plug is hard to remove unless 
you hold onto the boiler real tight. - Dennis
