Hi I had the same issue with my machine, I found that the mounting section on the vibe pump was touching the machines chassis. This resulted in vibration being transferred to the chassis and a whole load of noise.
I sorted it out by rotating the pump in the rubber brackets so that the the mounting bracket on the pump (it is not used) was no longer touching the chassis. Could not believe how much quieter the machine was after the small change.
