Thanks guys. Yes, unfortunately, I have been enjoying nectar from this beast for a couple of months now and all the time overlooking what I thought was a problem on the first day.
After reading all of your posts, it seems like I should be able to handle the resolution myself. Definitely not worth the hassle of sending it back and waiting for a replacement. I will report back after fiddling a bit.
