Hello. Todd
I have some questions regarding the BIII-
1) How does the hole size in the front panel compare on original digital
controller to the PID?
2)Does the PID use a different thermocouple, and does it install in the same
well as the original ?
3) Also, is the heater coil in the steam boiler changed from 950 w to 1200
watts?
4) Does the PID show overshoot in degrees,or does it stop at the preset value?

Lastly, can I purchase from WLL a rebuild kit for my E-61 head? (All the
washers and the springs)
Thanks, Dennis Keating

   Hello,
I just finished the instructions for the Brewtus III and you will find them
attached. This is version 1.1. As we go I will add to it as needed. Please feel
free to send me your input so that I can make sure that it is exactly what new
and expereicned users would like.

Our PID was specially programed for the Brewtus III. We have made it so that
the temperature on the display will show the temperature in the boiler minus
the offset.

I am surprised that the K2 grinder can not grind fine enough. I would think
that it needs new burrs or the coffee is old or dry. We set up all the machines
so the brew pressure should be good.

  Thanks very much.
