Todd, the Pasquini K2 is brand new, I purchased it a few days later
from you too.
In addition to that, I roast my own coffee on a Behmor and it was 2
days old.

My point is, there is no way to get a ristretto with this grinder and
fresh coffe through the Brewtus.....

I unscrewed the top burr to make sure there was nothing in between,
screwed it back, and same thing, at   8 = 0, and at 7 = 1    I get a
20 seconds shot. Then I over filled the basket and I got a 25 seconds
shot....... so there is no margin to play with different grinds/
coffees.......

In addition to that, I purchased it because it is advertised as
stepless and it is not.

I just spoke to Maria at sales and she shipped a Macap today. I will
get it on friday :)

The machine is working perfectly, it just requires a finer grind,
that's it.

Thanks for letting me know you took the offset temperature in
consideration. I will tune the PID the way originally was.
