Well, I've had my BII for about three (3) years (and love it) and
suddenly about two months ago, my LED display upon reaching 94-95 temp
starts going blank and won't brew. Called WLL and then checked all of
my wiring to make sure all were secure. They were.

I sent it in for them to fix . From the time I shipped it to them to
when I got it back was 6 weeks.

My costs for the repair was $192.00 for the LED display and $146.25
for the labor. To check the unit overall was another $65 for a tune-up
of the "repaired" machine (I asked for that to make sure everything
was up to snuff). Cost me $75 to pack and ship it to NY for a grand
total of $479.

When I finally received my BII back, the LED looked and worked great,
but after this "tune-up" something was happening that had NEVER
happened before...my OPV wasn't working (nor adjusting) correctly as
with blind PF in, I could reach 10 BAR of pressure, but when brewing
the BAR would read and move up to 4...5...6...then drop to no pressure
and just hum with no brewing from the PF.

I called and talked to Todd at WLL and he tried to help me adjust the
OPV multiple times and shots later and to no avail. I sent it back to
WLL once again (man, I hate to spend another 6 weeks with my fingers
crossed...not counting the expense/time of having to pad and wrap the
BII once again.

WLL is nice, but I sure hope that they get it right this time. I'm not
completely sold on the fact that they look the machine over very well
before sending it back to the customer. Upon receiving my BII back and
working with Todd on the OPV & taking the back off of the unit, the
insulation on the rear boiler had been soaked wet and had sluffed/
sagged half-way down the boiler and had not been replaced nor had it
been made sure to cover the top half of the boiler. Maybe this was an
oversight, but I hope they do a better job this time around as I have
always had great experiences with WLL.

I need my BII back! When working, it is the best machines out there,
IMO.
