I just played with the pstat adjustment. If the screw were a clock face, 
then every one hour makes the pressure change by one tenth bar.  The 
effective range is about three tenths bar, from when the red light goes on 
till it goes off. It seemed to remain the same regardless of the setting 
being high or low for the steam boiler.
  So, a quarter turn would be about three tenths bar, or an awful lot of
