I LOVE this forum! Thank you all for responding to my thread! I lived
in San Francisco for 12 years and was used to getting my beans from
Graffeo Brothers in North Beach. The beans were roasted on site and I
could smell them two blocks away! Mmmmm....!

Now that I live in the boondocks, however, it's difficult to find good
quality, freshly roasted beans, hence the questions about home
roasting. I'm going to save my spare change for a roasting machine
now. You gentlemen have convinced me!
