Todd:

Plugged in unit, ran 6 ounces of water though machine,  steam boiler
heated normally.  Brew controller displayed 27 - heat indicator lit.
No increase in brew boiler temp.  Removed cover, found temp wire
insulation disintegrated and two wires touching boiler.  Moved temp
wires away from housing, and insured not touching each other turned on
machine, no change.  Checked brew boiler heater connectors at bottom
of boiler, no voltage reading when steam boiler off and led reading
27.  Also noted mixing tube that connects steam to brew boiler
chaffing on top corner of steam boiler. tubing chaffed  with a 1/16"
nick.
