I would guess you need to replace the OPV valve. After several years
of use we noticed strange pressure happenings and swapping out the
entire OPV valve unit fixed it. We got the replacement from WLL, just
give them a call. As an FYI we have an early original Brewtus, so
there were 3 tubes running to my reservoir. If this is your case the
new OPV valve setup has two of the return tubes sliced together so you
will only have two tubes running to your reservoir after replacement.
