Hi all I have had my Brewtus for about 4 years and back flush it with caffetto every 2 weeks. In addition I replaced the shower screen and gasket about 12-18 months ago.
I have been noticing for the past week or so that whenever I pull a shot there is increased water flowing from the OPV valve, this has not reduced the quality of the shot. However this morning i have noticed excessive water flowing from the opv, such that there was insufficient pressure for an extraction. I was able to pull a shot with less coffee in the portafilter after. Also i use a 14grm basket. Has anyone experienced this before? is it fixed by replacing gaskets? Any insight would be appreciated.
