Jean,

I agree, I've been pulling shots on the Brewtus for family and friends for
several years now, and like Barry said, the best thing you can do for your
Brewtus is to jump on the home roasting wagon.

This morning I pulled shots of the new Malawi Mapanga AAA and the Sumatra
Wiladah Mabrur. great shots on a great machine.

Jean the next step is getting you into home roasting

Shaun,

I used a Sylvia/Rocky combo for six years before upgrading to the Brewtus
(skipped the PID). I do not regret it. I was happy with my Milk based drinks
from Sylvia but was challenged to make multiple drinks for family and
friends. I was unable to pull consistently good espresso with Sylvia. I
continued to use the Rocky grinder after purchasing Brewtus for a couple of
months with varied results. Switching to the Baratza Vario grinder made a
very big improvement. I can now make multiple drinks for family and friends
quickly, easily, and with confidence that the results are consistent and
delicious. Fresh roasted beans are also a must.
