That's cool!  I didn't realize the B used so much "juice" to heat up
or, conversely, that it was so efficient in standby.  I'd have
expected it to use more electricity just standing still.  I wonder how
much better it would perform if there were more than the 1/8" of
insulation they put on the boilers?  That's were the real improvement
is needed.  More insulation would protect the other internal
components from the radiated heat, and it would help the boilers hold
heat longer in standby.
