i would start checking the tip, steam arm, then valve assy. the steam
boiler attaches to the top of boiler, and the hot water attaches on bottom
of boiler. - Dennis

Subject: No steam?

Hi all,

I recently developed a problem with the steam boiler in my Brewtus III where
steam would no longer come out of the wand. It appears that the boiler is
working as I see the pressure gauge read 1.2-1.3 and I can get hot water out
of the other wand without an issue. So I'm a bit perplexed on why steam
wouldn't be coming out (hot water and steam come from the same boiler don't
they?).

I've printed out the various guides from the files section and would like to
crack it open to investigate this weekend but I was curious if folks have an
idea on where I can focus on once I'm deep in the guts of it. I have a fair
bit of experience fixing computers but this'll be the first time I've tried
to troubleshoot something more mechanical like an espresso machine. :)

Thanks in advance!

Yw
