Thanks for all the tips everyone. As suspected, once I took off the tip of the steam wand I found the hole to be clogged up pretty badly. A bit of needlework cleared out all the gunk and now everything is working as expected. I took the time and ran through a cleaning maintenance as described in the Brewtus Operating Manual and found a ton of caked grounds behind the shower screen, so it was interesting to finally take things apart and make things shine.
