I'm curious - do most of you use the bottomless portafilter as your primary portafilter? Or, do you use it just occasionally for diagnosing shots? I must admit I LOVE watching extraction via a bottomless portafilter - but I find the stock double spout much more convenient for pulling shots because I can pour directly into espresso cups.
