Just because in my experience the WLL portafilter gauge was accurate does
not mean all the portafilter gauges are going to be accurate. Unless your
gauge comes with some statement of accuracy (for example, "accuracy plus or
minus two divisions" or "accuracy plus or minus 10 percent of full scale",
you really do not know to what degree the manufacturer of the gauge checked
accuracy. The portafilter gauge is the same size as the built-in gauge and
looks to be in the same low price range, so may or may not have the same
degree of accuracy (or inaccuracy) as the built-in gauge.

Yeah, I get your point but it would be nice if it a provided an accurate
absolute reading too. I ordered a portafilter pressure gauge yesterday so

Does anyone know what the water flow rate (without coffee) should be? I
tested my machine and I got 347 ml in one minute. Is that about right? Is
it even adjustable?
