just wondering if anyone out there minds letting me know what temperature they've found best to set PID at for a double shot of Intelligentsia Black Cat and how much dosage they use for a double shot. I'm usually 17-18 grams & 92-93 C. Shots seems sweet most the time, but get the odd sour shot. Thx. Dan. Using a Brewtus III V
