Hello Everyone, I noticed something peculiar tonight that I wanted to mention to the group. About 20 seconds into my shot, I heard a 'click'. The brew pressure then dropped to zero and shot back up to 9 bar - all within a second or two. I understand that this probably has to do with the brew boiler filling with water - but it has never happened during a shot before. I remember Ben McCafferty mentioning that he had the same issue back on March 23 (he used the same subject heading as above). Any ideas as to what this might be?
