Hi all, I am a relatively new user of a Brewtus III-V, and I am wondering if I should calibrate the brew pressure down from 11 bars to 10. I remember reading that the OPV is supposed to regulate pressure by bleeding off excess pressure, thereby maintaining brew pressure at 9 bars. Is that right?
