If I recall correctly, Todd told us that the offset on the PIDed machines
(B3 and 4) was a much higher number ... 17.

i've read some old messages about the subject, for older machines it was
6 and then 7, but i also read 10 and 11. and i can't program 4 different
values in. ;)
