I personally have my Brewtus I set to -6. However you may find a recent finding of mine of interest, which I posted about here<https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!topic/brewtus/KHaQnkFsqiQ>. It regards the flattening out of the temperature response with respect to target brew boiler temperature (front panel temp - offset).
