Hello James, For a proper diagnosis can you tell me more about what is happening.
1. Does the steam boiler heat up as normal? 2. Which safety switch is tripping and are you talking about the one on top of the boiler? 3. Does the brew boiler heat up? 4. How long does it take for the safety switch to trip? 5. Does the digital display give the temperature as normal? Any other notes you want to add would be great.
