Called the supplier (it's in another country) who suggested to take
the cover off and give them more details.
I turned back the machine with the cover off and I saw the water is
coming out from the bottom of the safety valve when I switched the
ON/OFF switch.
As I recall the first thing you need to do when receiving the machine
is to lift up the lever and let the brew boiler fill until water
starts coming out of the group. Did you do that?
