Hi, i have issues to get the portafilter to turn on the machine. I can get i to 7 o'clock barely and impossible to get it to 6o'clock. Tried with and without basket and with and without coffee. The machine is brand new, anyone else had this issue is it typical with new machines.? Thanks A.
