It's a vibe. I replaced it in 2011. There are no unusual sound changes from 
it and pressure seems good.
I think it needs an adjustment to the Pstat or the OPV. I get that the OPV 
should only be a max pressure limiter, but it appears that there is some 
balancing act that goes on between these two valves. And the problem I'm 
having with that is, I can't discern any difference when I try to adjust 
the Pstat. I replaced both of these last year.
 
So at this point, I've probably jacked up the settings. Although, the only 
thing that I can see is a-kilter is the pre-infusion period.
