I just wanted to share my experience with my Brewtus-II, because it sounds
similar in some ways.

When I am pulling a shot lately, quite often the pump will become very
quiet, but the speed of the shot apparently remains the same. I haven't
been watching the pressure gauge. My shots taste good, my shot time is just
like it has always been, and I haven't been having any other issues with
this machine. It just struck me as interesting that my pump has sometimes
been very quiet, just like the post below by Josh.

Tomorrow morning when I pull my shots I'll try to keep one eye on the
pressure gauge and try to notice if the pressure drops when the pump gets
quiet.
