Thanks Ira, What you say makes sense but that is not what is happening. If I pull just one shot between 25-30 seconds, the temp will drop from 96 degrees to 94. If I make an americano and add water from the hot water wand, the temp can go down to 94.
I thought this might be due to my bad vacuum relief valve.
