Called WLL yesterday to deal with problems with clogged Gaggia Baby resulting from long-deferred descaling. Then asked whether and how often I should descale Brewtus Office Lever. Tech support said "don't try this at home" and said send it to a pro. Asked if there's a pro in the DC area. WLL: "don't know." So, I've run Cafiza through my Brewtus a couple of times over the years. Should I do so again? If so, how and how often? And if I need a pro, do I have any local options in the DC area?
