I did not notice any hole on the side but I'll have to take a closer look. 
There is definitely a hole on top and I'm not sure if there is supposed to 
be a screw in there or not.

I was expecting a lot more damage but I don't know the extent of it yet. 
Replacing a hose is pretty easy. The tougher part is knowing why this 
happened (so it won't happen again) and if there are any other issues. I 
think it would be a good idea to have a service person give it a look. The 
problem is my dealer doesn't have presence in Winnipeg and shipping is a 
hassle for sure. There is a non Expobar dealer and service in Winnipeg 
(DeLuca) and maybe then can help. I don't know how much different it would 
be to fix an Expobar compared to any other high end unit.

So Bruce, that hole on the top is definitely an issue? I can't remember 
what it looked like before this incident.
