SUCH a classy job with the insulation, Expobar! the hole on the top is a blind hole the high pressure releif should NEVER pop until 1.2 bar is reached. If it does you need a NEW one You should NEVER tolerate internal leaks of ANY kind in ANY espresso machine. Get them fixed, pronto.
GFCI pops are NOT acceptable. They indicate bad heaters -- one or both, water leaks or wiring failure(s). A copper pipe from the rear boiler to the front would be nice.
