Ok, great feedback already on this group. Impressed. I'm pulling beautiful shots on the Brewtus and enjoying every one!
However, I've noticed the pressure gauge doesn't get above 7bar after the pre-infusion. Everything's going fine regarding crema and shots are the right volume. Should I be worried about the pressure? I tried turning the pressure up but the screw on the OPV wouldn't budge in a clockwise direction. Opinions gratefully received.
